The ferguson family
Lee and MiChelle Ferguson are the founding pastors of The 3:2 Church and are passionate about winning the lost and building a church that feels like family. Their journey in ministry has been shaped by a deep love for Jesus, real-life experiences, and a desire to help people feel seen, supported, and valued.
As parents to their son, Lucas, they understand the joys and challenges of family life and carry a special heart for creating safe, welcoming spaces for families of all kinds. Together, they are committed to walking with people - helping them grow in faith and thrive in life together.
